It turned out the person in the room was asleep & had no idea the door was about 4in. This year the room next to mine didn't close & I noticed, calling the front desk only to be told several had already called but since I called they would send someone to check. They wouldn't even send someone to make sure my room was safe, so as a conceal carry, I had to secure my own room for safety & NO accommodations were made for the remainder of my stay on my business acct (my company books my room for my business trips) it was awful. Last year was a complete disaster w/ the maintenance man confirming what I was saying & the manager denying any posable liability. Had same or seen similar issues both times with the room door not staying close or locked. Please let me be clear, staff is friendly & mostly helpful.
